Return Policy

Return and Refund policy

·        You received the wrongitem in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goodsmarked as display set items or clearance goods).
And the general requirements for returns are as follows:


  1. You have proof of purchase (order invoicenumber and receipt).
  2. The goods must be in new condition andreturned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging alongwith all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificateof authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.
  3. The product must not have been used orinstalled or had any data inputted.


·        Under what conditionsis/are the product non-returnable:

  1. Items recordable media and other equipmentwhich contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.
  2. Goods you purchased cannot be returned unlessthey are unopened and in their original packaging.
  3. Customised/made-to-order goods, special orderitems, bed linen, mattresses, beds, divans, assembled furniture cannot berefunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will excludedelivery charges paid. 
  4. Clearance goods are strictly non-refundable.You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item beforepurchasing. These items are sold on "as is, where is" basis.
  5. Items that have been purchased for more than 7days.
  6. The item was purchased for someone else whosimply does not want it.
  7. The item has no defects. You've changed yourmind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, productnot meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere. 
  8. Defaulted on payment for item.
  9. Performance of goods not in your expectationare not allow to returnable.

Availability of the products is limited, andproducts may not be available for immediate delivery. FUJITSU-STORE.MY reservesthe right, without liability or prior notice, to revise or cease to makeavailable any or all products. If there is any revision or cessation, FUJITSU-STORE.MYwill contact you and will discuss what (if any) alternative products areavailable. You will have the option to cancel or amend your order. If you havealready made payment and your order is cancelled, FUJITSU-STORE.MY will issuean appropriate refund or credit to your account, as may be applicable. If yourorder is amended and purchase price changes, you will pay any additional amountdue to FUJITSU-STORE.MY in accordance with the payment terms herein stated or FUJITSU-STORE.MYwill issue an appropriate credit to your credit card account, as the case mayrequire.



FUJITSU-STORE.MY reserves the right to cancelany accepted order prior to delivery at FUJITSU-STORE.MYs discretion in theevent of any pricing error or any material error in connection with your orderor other conditions published in the FUJITSU-STORE.MY relevant for your order,or if any further verification of your credit conditions or records sowarrants. If you have already made payment and your order is cancelled, FUJITSU-STORE.MYwill issue an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as may beapplicable and in a manner as Fujitsu Mall thinks fit.


The refunds will be processed within approximately 14 workingdays after we have received and approved your return request.
